Straipsnyje analizuojama Holokausto atminties vieta Jungtinės Karalystės viešajame diskurse ir politikoje Baltijos valstybių atžvilgiu 1988–1994 m. Remiantis nacionalinės spaudos, „The Jewish Chronicle“, diplomatinių dokumentų, parlamentinių debatų ir pusiau struktūruotų interviu analize, nagrinėjama, kaip Holokausto, karo nusikaltimų ir antisemitizmo klausimai veikė britų požiūrį į Baltijos valstybes. Tyrimas atskleidžia, kad Holokausto atmintis tiesiogiai neformavo britų užsienio politikos sprendimų, tačiau veikė kaip reputacinis ir normatyvinis filtras, daręs įtaką viešosioms interpretacijoms ir politinių sprendimų kontekstui. Britų diplomatinėse institucijose istorinės atminties klausimai buvo subordinuoti geopolitinio stabilumo, santykių su Sovietų Sąjunga ir Rusija bei Europos saugumo prioritetams. O viešajame diskurse Baltijos valstybių vertinimas dažniau buvo siejamas su jų santykiu su Holokausto praeitimi, karo nusikaltimų tyrimu ir istorine atsakomybe.
