Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
Author Guidelines
Please see the journal's Aims & Scope for information about its focus and peer-review policy. Please note that we only publish manuscripts in English and Lithuanian.
Purpose. Our publications are designed to engage a broad and diverse readership. Authors are encouraged to write in a clear, accessible style suitable for both academic and general audiences.
Scope of topics. Submissions should address themes across a broad spectrum of communication studies which fit the research focus of the Centre for Communication Influences and Propaganda Research.
Length and Language Requirements. Manuscripts should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including endnotes and references. In case of submission in English, any spelling style (UK, US) is acceptable as long as it is consistent within the manuscript.
Abstract and Keywords. All manuscripts must include an abstract not exceeding 200 words. Authors are also required to specify up to 5 keywords, separated by semicolons.
Author Information. Alongside their contact email and institutional affiliation, author(s) should provide a short biography (up to 150 words per author). Authors are also advised to provide their ORCID iD.
Acknowledgements and Funding. Where applicable, authors must provide all details required by their funding and grant-awarding body. Authors may also include a brief acknowledgement not exceeding 50 words.
Disclosure statement. Author(s) must acknowledge any financial interest or benefit that has arisen from the direct applications of your research.
Citation Style. All references and the bibliography must adhere to APA formatting guidelines.
