Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of Jewish culture development in contemporary Lithuania, by focusing on the local Jewish perspective on the prevailing developments and drawing attention to the evolution of Litvak cultural representation from 1990 to 2024. The aim is to distinguish regionally universal and locally specific features of the actualisation of Jewish culture in Lithuania, as well as the main centres of cultural dissemination in the country, to identify the groups of creators and consumers of Litvak-related content, their motivation(s), and the most accessible channels of cultural engagement for society.
