This paper proposes a graphRAG-driven method for validating the semantic, content, and data compliance of software requirements against organisational and technical reference documentation, using a graph-based retrieval-augmented generation system paired with a large language model. The experimental evaluation demonstrated that the proposed method achieved high semantic compliance accuracy in its baseline graphRAG configuration, while adjusting graph database parameters and prompting techniques yielded improvements in requirements compliance accuracy.
