Aïcha Louzir is a six-year PhD candidate in Translation Studies under the supervision of Christine Reynier and Adriana Şerban at Paul-Valéry University, in Montpellier (France). Her researches target translator’s style and creativity through the prism of metaphor analysis in D. H. Lawrence’s novel, The Rainbow. She has been working as a freelance translator since 2011, mainly translating into Arabic. From 2012 to 2016, she was in charge of teaching at the AFF department at Paul-Valéry University. She is also a professional trainer of French as a Foreign Language.
